Defect repairing method for cast-in-place pile
The invention provides a defect repairing method for a cast-in-place pile, and relates to the field of pile foundation repairing. The repairing method comprises the steps that 1, the position and sizeof a pile body defect are determined through a sound wave transmission method; 2, a drill bit is used for continuously coring around the center of the cast-in-place pile to form an annular separationgroove, a concrete core column is broken and hoisted out, and a central vertical shaft is constructed in the cast-in-place pile; 3, the step 2 is repeated, and the depth of the central vertical shaftis increased till the bottom of the central vertical shaft reaches the position below the pile body defect; 4, a constructor descends into a well to chisel away and clean the pile body defect, and drilling slag and concrete chippings on the well wall are flushed away; 5, accumulated water and sediments in the central vertical shaft are discharged, and concrete is poured into the central verticalshaft and vibrated to be compact; and 6, after the strength of the concrete meets the requirement, the cast-in-place pile is rechecked and detected, and it is guaranteed that the quality of the cast-in-place pile meets the standard. Construction personnel can go deep into the cast-in-place pile to conduct visual removal operation, and the repairing effect is better.
