Pile hoisting method of full-rotation crane ship
The invention discloses a pile hoisting method of a full-rotation crane ship. The full-rotation crane ship is adopted to hoist a steel pipe pile arranged on a transport ship, the full-rotation crane ship is provided with a cantilever crane, a lifting hook and a balance beam, the cantilever crane is rotatably arranged on the full-rotation crane ship, the lifting hook is movably connected to the cantilever crane through a steel wire rope, and the balance beam is horizontally hoisted and tied on the lifting hook. The pile hoisting method comprises the following steps that 1, the full-rotation crane ship and the transport ship are in place; 2, the cantilever crane and the lifting hook are positioned; 3, a sling is hung; and 4, a pile is overturned, the lifting hook is hoisted, the cantilever crane rotates, and the steel pipe pile is gradually turned to the vertical position. The cantilever crane rotates by 360 degrees to change the position, a ship body is fixedly constructed, and the hoisting position is changed through full rotation to replace the ship position movement of a fixed arm crane ship; and the angle of a hoisting rope in the vertical direction is adjusted in time during hoisting of the cantilever crane vertical direction control arm, the gravity center of the steel pipe pile is kept stable all the time, positioning precision is improved, construction difficulty is lowered, efficiency is improved, and the engineering period is shortened.
