The high-strengthplastic steel sheet pile comprises an integrally-formed high-strength plastic steel sheet pile body, wherein a C-shaped lock catch and a T-shaped lock catch are respectively arranged on both sides ofthe high-strength plastic steel sheet pile body, and the adjacent high-strength plastic steel sheet pile bodies are connected through the C-shaped lock catch and the T-shaped lock catch. The construction method comprises the following steps of (S1) installing a guide groove; (S2) clamping a pile conveying plate; (S3) fixing a plastic steel sheet pile; (S4) connecting the C-shaped lock catch and the T-shaped lock catch; (S5) feeding the pile, and calibrating; (S6) pulling out the pile conveying plate; (S7) pressing a pressure head again; (S8) desilting, replacing and filling; and (S9) pouring ahydrophilic platform. In a hydrophilic platform revetment and a channel revetment, the anti-seepage and anti-water-flow-impact effects are excellent, and the application range is wide.
