According to the novel steel hanging box cofferdam manufacturing process, the structure of the Larsen steel sheet pile is adopted as a side edge module structure of a steel hanging box cofferdam, and sideedge modules of the structure are high in strength, light and good in water stopping performance; assembling and disassembling are easy; the turnover performance is high, the cost is low, the applicability to deep water is high, multiple internal supports are arranged, and the enough strength requirement is guaranteed; and in addition, a concrete structure is poured on a bottom plate module, compared with a bottom plate of a steel structure, the advantage of being low in economic cost is achieved, and the profile steel structure is easy to machine and assemble; machining is fast, and the period is short; and the applicability is high, and trepanning is easy.
