Land leveller
The invention relates to a land leveller, and aims to solve the problem that bolt locking time is difficult to determine after posture adjustment of a lifting arm of an existing land leveler. According to the land leveller, a locking control device comprises knob switches and limiting switches of N rotating gears; a stator and a rotor of each limiting switches are fixedly connected with a hinge support and a lifting arm respectively, a disconnection position is arranged between each static contact and the corresponding movable contact, and the disconnection positions correspond to the coaxialalignment positions of limiting holes in a connecting rod and plug pins in a one-to-one mode; a normally open contact of a relay is connected with an electromagnetic coil of an electromagnetic reversing valve and a power supply in series; and N static contacts of the knob switches are electrically connected with N static contacts of the limiting switches in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and anelectromagnetic coil of the relay is electrically connected with the movable contacts of the knob switches and the movable contacts of the limiting switches to form a relay input loop after being connected with the power supply in series. According to the land leveller, automatic hole aligning and locking can be achieved, damage accidents caused by misoperation are avoided, the man-machine performance and safety are improved, the operation efficiency is also improved, and the operation flexibility is improved.
本发明涉及平地机,为解决现有平地机提升臂姿态调整后插销锁紧时机难以确定的问题;提供一种平地机,其锁紧控制装置包括:N个旋转挡位的旋钮开关和限位开关;限位开关的定子和转子分别与铰接支座和提升臂固定连接,每个静触点与动触点之间设置断开位置,各断开位置与连杆上各限位孔与插销同轴对齐位置一一对应;继电器的常开触点与电磁换向阀的电磁线圈和电源串联;旋钮开关的N个静触点与限位开关的N个静触点一一对应电连接,继电器的电磁线圈与电源串联后分别与所述旋钮开关的动触点和限位开关的动触点电连接形成继电器输入回路。本发明能够自动对孔锁紧,避免误操作产生损害事故,增加了人机性、安全性,也提高了操作效率,增加操作灵活性。
