The invention relates to the field of waste disposal, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly kitchen waste disposer and a disposal method. The waste disposer comprises a grinding shell, aconnecting structure, an auxiliary tool bit and a control device, wherein a main shaft, a grinding frame and a grinding disc are arranged in the grinding shell; a grinding structure is arranged between the grinding frame and the grinding disc; the connecting structure is in transmission connection with the grinding disc and the main shaft; the auxiliary tool bit is mounted on the grinding disc, and the upper end of the auxiliary tool bit is inserted into the grinding structure; and the control device is mounted on the grinding disc and is in transmission connection with the auxiliary tool bitand the main shaft. When the grinding structure is stuck, the main shaft and the grinding disc are disengaged from transmission, and then the grinding disc stops rotating; and the control device is driven by the main shaft to control the auxiliary tool bit to rotate and ascend and descend when the grinding disc stops rotating, so that waste stuck on the grinding structure is ejected out and/or ground, and sticking is relieved.
