The invention discloses a construction method and structure of a three-direction unbonded prestressed crossed beam-column joint. The construction process flow comprises the following steps of a, hoisting construction of assembly structure columns; b, hoisting a longitudinal superposed T-shaped beam under a plate in place, and carrying out perforating operation on outwards-extending unbonded prestressed tendons; c, hoisting two transverse superposed T beams under the plate in place, and carrying out cross perforation operation on the outwards-extending unbonded prestressed tendons; d, connecting under-plate longitudinal and transverse two-way superposed T-shaped beams with column reinforcing steel bars; e, hoisting laminated slabs in place, and anchoring the overhanging steel bars of the laminated slab into the laminated beams; f, pre-burying heat preservation plates in local variable cross-section sections of the top surfaces of the assembly structure columns; g, carrying out concretepouring and curing on the post-pouring section; h, removing pre-buried heat preservation plates at the local variable cross-section section of the column top, and tensioning and anchoring prestressedtendons; k, mutually crossing, tensioning and anchoring the two transverse superimposed T-beam unbonded prestressed tendons under the plate at the end parts of the cross sections of the T-beams; m, grouting and plugging a hole; and n, prestressed duct grouting. According to the construction method, the column-beam joint strength is improved, the earthquake resistance is good, and the column-beam joint plays an important role in promoting better transformation of the construction industry in China.
