The invention discloses a composite wall prepared from hollow steel tubes and building blocks. The composite wall comprises a wall body formed by pouring more than one steel tube and more than one building block, two building blocks are arranged between every two steel tubes, more than one diversion trench is formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of each building block, a feeding cavity is formed in each steel tube, corresponding discharging holes are formed in the upper surface and the lower surface of the steel pipe opposite to the diversion trenches, and concrete in the feedingcavities penetrates through the discharging holes and enters the diversion trenches. According to the composite wall, the working efficiency can be greatly improved, the labor intensity of workers canbe reduced, painting and plate adding can be combined for simultaneous construction, the working steps are greatly simplified, and the built wall body has very high strength.
本发明公开了一种空心钢管与砌块制备而成的复合墙体,包括一根以上的钢管以及一块以上的砌块砌筑而成的墙体,每两根钢管之间设置两块砌块,砌块的上下表面均设置有一条以上的导流槽,钢管内部均设置有一个进料腔,钢管上下面正对着导流槽设置有对应的出料孔,进料腔内的混凝土料穿过出料孔进入到导流槽内;本发明的复合墙体,可以大大提升工作效率,降低工人劳动强度,并能够结合粉刷以及附加板材的同时施工,大大简化工作步骤,且砌筑完成的墙体拥有非常高的强度。
