The invention discloses an automatic fixing device for an external wall insulation board. The automatic fixing device comprises a translation device, a vacuumizing device, a feeding device and a bonding device which are installed on a rack, wherein internal machinery of the feeding device operates to automatically push the external wall insulation board on a material feeding table to a front operation panel of the translation device; after the insulation board is sensed by a sensor of the vacuumizing device, internal machinery of the vacuumizing device operates to drive an impeller to rotate at a high speed to vacuumize internal air and lock the insulation board; an internal mechanical structure of the translation device operates to automatically push the insulation board to a bonding station; an internal mechanical structure of the bonding mechanism operates to automatically brush a bonding agent on the insulation board; after the bonding agent is bonded on the surface of the insulation board, the internal mechanical structure of the bonding mechanism operates backwards; and after the bonding mechanism exits, the internal mechanical structure of the translation device operates tocontinue to push the external wall insulation board till the insulation board is attached to a construction station and then exits.
本发明公开了一种外墙保温板自动固定装置，包括平移装置、抽真空装置、进料装置、粘粘装置安装在机架上，进料装置内部机械运转将续料台上的外墙保温板自动推至平移装置前操作板上，当保温板被抽真空装置传感器感应到后，抽真空装置内部机械运转带动叶轮高速旋转将内部空气抽空锁紧保温板，平移装置内部机械结构运转，自动将保温板推动至粘粘工位，粘粘机构内部机械结构运转，自动在保温板上刷上粘粘剂，待保温板表面均粘有粘粘剂后，粘粘机构内部运转后移，待粘粘机构退出后，平移装置内部机械结构运转，继续推动外墙保温板，直至保温板贴在施工位后退出。
