The invention provides a single-pipe tower reinforcing device and method. The single-pipe tower reinforcing device comprises a single-pipe tower, wherein the outer surface of the single-pipe tower issequentially provided with a first reinforcing device and a second reinforcing device from the top to the bottom, the first reinforcing device and the second reinforcing device each comprise a plurality of reinforcing blocks fixed to the surface of the single-pipe tower, supporting blocks are fixed to the reinforcing blocks of the second reinforcing device, the outer ends of the supporting blocksare connected with the reinforcing blocks, at the same vertical position, of the first reinforcing device through first tensioning devices to form a triangular structure, the supporting blocks are horizontally arranged, the outer ends of the supporting blocks are connected with foundation balancing weights arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the single-pipe tower through second tensioning devices, and the second tensioning devices are vertically arranged. According to the single-pipe tower reinforcing device, active, rapid and accurate single-pipe tower reinforcing work is achieved, andcompared with a traditional steel cable tensioning mode, the requirement for the site area can be lowered to a large extent.
