The invention discloses a safety reinforcing device for a communication single-pipe tower, which is arranged at an inserting joint between tower sections of the single-pipe tower and comprises a fixing device and a plurality of groups of supporting assemblies uniformly distributed around the circumference of the fixing device, the fixing device comprises a plurality of fixing rings arranged on a tower body in parallel, and a plurality of reinforcing members are annularly arranged on the fixing rings. The reinforcing pieces are fixed to the multiple parallel fixing rings at the same time. The supporting assembly comprises a supporting rod, and a damping device is arranged on the supporting rod. The fixing device is used for enhancing the stability of the inserting position between the tower sections, the fixing ring comprises the multiple arc-shaped hoops, the arc-shaped hoops can be arranged to be prefabricated universal parts, the distance of the arc-shaped hoops is adjusted through the fasteners, and reinforcing installation at any time is facilitated; a plurality of reinforcing pieces are arranged on the fixing ring so as to reinforce the tower body in different directions; the damping devices on the supporting rods can reduce swing of the tower body through damping vibration, the stability of the tower body when the tower body is subjected to crosswind is improved, and the risk that the single-pipe tower collapses is effectively reduced.
