The invention relates to the field of bathroom products, and provides a flow regulating device which comprises a moving rod capable of moving back and forth to switch different water outlet flow channels, a flow regulating piece is arranged on the moving rod in the circumferential direction in an extending and protruding mode, and the moving rod rotates to drive the flow regulating piece to rotateto adjust the flow of the water outlet flow channels.
