The invention discloses a production process of a ceramic tile with decorative glaze with golden bright metal cracks. The production process comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a green body; 2) preparing ground coat; 3) preparing surface glaze; and 4) producing the decorative glaze ceramic tile with the golden bright metal cracks: (1) spraying ground coat on a 10*10cm plain baking brick byusing a high-pressure spray gun with a spray gun caliber of 2mm, and naturally drying; (2) spraying overglaze on the brick sprayed in the step (1) by using a high-pressure spray gun with a spray guncaliber of 2mm; (3) drying the brick sprayed in the step (2) in drying equipment; and (4) firing the brick dried in the step (3) through a roller kiln to finally obtain the gold bright metal crack decorative glaze ceramic brick. The process is applied to ceramic tile production, the decorative effect of the tile is richer, the glossiness is good, a single metal glaze surface is richer, more vividand unique in texture, the tile has unique decorative and artistic properties, the raw materials have singleness, the effect controllability is high, the universality is high, and the process is convenient to popularize.
本发明揭示了一种具有金色亮光金属裂纹的装饰釉的陶瓷砖的生产工艺，包括如下步骤：1）坯体准备；2）底釉配置；3）面釉配置；4）金色亮光金属裂纹的装饰釉的陶瓷砖生产：①将底釉用喷枪口径为2mm的高压喷枪喷在10*10cm素烧砖上，待自然干；②将面釉用喷枪口径为2mm的高压喷枪喷在步骤①喷好的砖上；③将步骤②喷好的砖放入烘干设备烘干；④将步骤③烘干的砖经过辊道窑烧成，最终获得金色亮光金属裂纹的装饰釉的陶瓷砖。本发明应用于瓷砖生产，使砖的装饰效果更丰富，光泽度好，使单一的金属釉面更丰富生动，独特的纹理，使其具有独特的装饰性和艺术性，且原料具有单一性，效果可操控性强，较强的普适性，便于推广。
