The invention relates to a construction method, in particular to a construction method of steel slag permeable pavement bricks, which at least comprises the following steps: 1) adjusting permeable brick laying side seams to a preset width and/or filling corners of a pavement with steel slag permeable concrete; (2) forming caulking by embedding caulking materials, and/or carrying out coining to form coining seams; and 3) filling the permeable bricks with steel slag sand, and laying side seams, caulking seams and/or pressing seams. The invention further provides the steel slag pervious concreteapplied to the implementation method in the first aspect. The steel slag pervious concrete at least comprises the following components in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of steel slag special aggregate, 1part of cement and 0.25-0.35 part of water. According to the method for adjusting the joint distance by pouring the steel slag sand and eliminating the corners of the pavement by using the irregular corner steel slag pervious concrete, the procedure of cutting the pavement bricks in the traditional pavement brick paving method is avoided, the pavement construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
