The invention belongs to the field of pavement construction, and particularly relates to a construction method of a pavement with water-permeable bricks. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring and positioning surface soil, cleaning the positioned surface soil, and smoothing and tamping plain soil; (2) laying a water-storage gravel layer on the plain soil; (3) mounting PVC drainage pipes, pouring concrete so as to form a concrete foundation layer, and mounting water strainer slices; (4) laying concrete pavement bricks, and mounting drainage pipes; and (5) performing gap filling, cleaning and maintenance. Through the construction method disclosed by the invention, the pavement is reliable in quality, and good in water permeating effect; the construction method has high popularization and application values, and has significant economic benefits and social benefits.
