The firing process comprises the following steps: subjecting 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of red soil and 6-7 parts by weight of kaolin to mixing, crushing, elutriating, sieving, filter pressing, pugging, ageing, throwing, fettling and biscuiting to obtain a green body; mixing 15 parts by weight of glazed stone, 1.8-2 parts by weight of plant ash, 0.8-1.1 parts by weight of limestone, 4-5 parts by weight of potassium feldspar and 0.8-1 part by weight of iron oxide red, adding water accounting for 1.1-1.2 times the weight of the above substances, and carrying out mixing, crushing, grinding and sieving to obtain glaze slip; and conducting glazing, and putting the glazed and air-dried green body into an electric kiln for roasting in five stages. According to the invention, a reasonable formula is obtained through scientific proportioning; an innovative firing mode is adopted; the high-grade Lanqilin Jianzhan is finally obtained; and blue oil drop stripes are fully distributed on the glaze surface of the Jianzhan, and the oil drop stripes are full and dense, have clear boundary lines, look like scales on the body of Kylin and are elegant and deep.
