The invention discloses a Jianzhan firing process which comprises the following steps: preparing a green body raw material and glaze slip, and carrying out throwing forming, fettling, biscuit firing and cooling on the green body raw material to obtain a green body; cleaning and airing the green body; patterns are formed in a glaze splashing mode during glazing; and putting the glazed and air-dried green body into an electric kiln for roasting. According to the manufactured Jianzhan cup, the pattern is formed on the glaze surface in a glaze splashing mode, and the pattern stripes on the glaze surface are mainly coarse and have multiple colors of purple, gold, blue and black. The green body is used as a background, the glaze surface is used as a pattern, the green body is deep, the glaze surface is thick and colorful (strong in stereoscopic impression), the whole complement each other, and unique aesthetic feeling and artistic value are achieved.
