The fermentation success rate is increased in a temperature control manner of the fermentation equipment; and the energy-saving and environment-friendly pickled Chinese cabbage making device adopts a mode combining solar energy, storage battery energy storage and mains supply supplement power supply and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
