The device comprises a device body, sand is placed in a feeding groove, through holes in a guide slope disperse and guide the sand to a lower portion, and a draught fan and a heatingbox are started; hot air is conveyed to a first air spraying pipe and a second air spraying pipe to be sprayed out for drying, a first motor is started to drive the first air spraying pipe and a first stirring blade to rotate to scatter and dry the sand, and a second motor is started to drive a second stirring blade to stir and a material distribution disc to throw out the sand under the drivingof a first belt; a semicircular gear is in gear connection with a rotating gear, a screening frame is driven to compress a first spring for reciprocating screening, and a cam rotates to drive a firstscreen to compress a second spring to vibrate up and down for screening; and under the driving of a second belt, a curved rod is driven to rotate so that the second screen compresses a third spring tovibrate up and down for screening, and the advantage of a good sand screening effect is possessed.
