The equipment comprises a lifting mechanism, a dust collection mechanism, a sweeping mechanism, a cleaning brush head, a watering mechanism and a dustproof curtain, the lifting mechanism is fixedly connected with mobile equipment; the dust collection mechanism is installed at the working end of the lifting mechanism, and the bottom is attached to the road surface in the working state. The sweeping mechanism is fixed to one side of the dust collection mechanism, and the working end can circularly move in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.
