The invention relates to a floating structure device of a floating wharf. The device comprises a deck, an anti-collision layer and a floating layer, anti-collision bags are arranged on the two sides of the anti-collision layer, a base plate is installed in the anti-collision layer, sliding ways are arranged between the base plate and the anti-collision bags on the two sides, and the anti-collisionbags are in communication with inner cavities of the sliding ways through air ways; and a hollow structure is arranged in the floating layer, concave arc grooves are formed in the two sides of the floating layer, rolling columns are arranged in inner cavities of the concave arc grooves, spoilers are arranged on the two sides of the concave arc grooves, and grooves which are distributed and arranged are formed in the outer surfaces of the rolling columns. According to the device, impact kinetic energy of berthed ships and waves is reduced through cooperation between the anti-collision layer and the floating layer, external impact force can be attenuated and weakened, the dynamic response of a hull and the waves to the floating wharf is reduced, and wharf facilities are effectively protected.
