The invention discloses an expanded pressure type anchor disc. The anchor disc comprises a base and a plurality of movable parts distributed around the center of the base at intervals. The base comprises a first end face and a second end face and is provided with at least one through hole penetrating through the first end face and the second end face. The movable parts are rotationally connected with the base, so that the movable parts can be unfolded or folded relative to the center of the base, and the folding direction is opposite to the first end face. The invention further discloses an anchoring assembly utilizing the expanded pressure type anchor disc. According to an anchor disc structure of the expanded pressure type anchor disc, the bearing capacity is enhanced, the anti-floatingeffect is improved, the grouting process is simplified, and the anchoring anti-floating construction cost is saved.
