The invention provides an expansion head anchor rod anchoring method which comprises the following steps that a hole is drilled in an anchoring position, then an anchoring body is inserted into the drilled hole, an isolator is arranged outside the anchoring body, and a limiting stopper is arranged on the isolator and used for limiting the size of each part of the isolator; a proper amount of slurry is injected into the drill hole and the isolator, the interior of the drill hole is filled with the slurry, and the cross section area of the slurry in the isolator is gradually reduced in the direction of a drill hole opening through limitation of a limiting stopper; and after the grouting is maintained and cured, the formed anchoring structure is obtained. According to the technical scheme, the anchoring effect after grouting can be improved. The invention further provides an anchoring structure of the expanded head anchor rod, and the same effect is achieved.
