The invention relates to a piling device for industrial and civil buildings. The piling device comprises a pile driver; the pile driver comprises a pile body and a pile hammer; a supporting arm is installed on the top face of a pile hopper of the pile body; a guide rail is rotatably installed at the top end of the supporting arm; the pile hammer is slidably installed on the guide rail; a clampingassembly is slidably installed on the guide rail; the clamping assembly comprises a sliding base, sliding blocks, first guide rods, first hydraulic jacks, and clamping plates; the sliding base is slidably mounted on the guide rail; first sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the front face of the sliding base; the sliding blocks are slidably mounted in the first sliding grooves; the clamping plates are fixedly connected with the front faces of the sliding blocks; the multiple first guide rods are fixedly connected with the interiors of the first sliding grooves; the first guide rods are in sliding fit with the sliding blocks; the first hydraulic jacks are fixedly connected with the two sides of the sliding base; piston rods of the first hydraulic jacks penetrate through the side wall of the sliding base in a sliding mode; and the top ends of the piston rods of the first hydraulic jacks are fixedly connected with the side faces of the sliding blocks. Therefore, the pile body and the pile hammer are kept on the same central axis, and inclined fracture of the pile body is avoided.
