The invention relates to the technical field of open caissons, in particular to a lifting device for sectional type pressure sinking equipment and a using method. The lifting device comprises an adjustable counter-force seat, a positioning supporting piece, a transmission rope, a transmission part and a counterweight piece, wherein the adjustable counter-force seat is used for being connected withthe pressure sinking equipment, and a connecting part is arranged on the adjustable counter-force seat; and the positioning supporting piece is provided with a plurality of matching parts and is usedfor being matched with the connecting part to position and support the adjustable counter-force seat. A small-stroke jack is adopted, the height of a counter-force frame stand column can be reduced,the size of a counter-force frame is reduced, the problems that a traditional sectional type pressure sinking device is large in size, large in weight and high in total height, and underground soil taking efficiency is affected are effectively solved, and the lifting device has the advantages that combined type assembly is adopted, all components are connected through bolts in a matched mode, assembly and disassembly are convenient, and component replacement are convenient; the height of the stand column is advantageously reduced, and equipment installation and underground soil taking operation are facilitated; the equipment can be quickly disassembled and is convenient to transport; and the design of an adjustable balancing weight is adopted, so that the labor intensity can be reduced when the counter-force seat is lifted.
