According to the sleeve separation type static pressure hole guiding device, the pile sinking construction device and the pile sinking construction method, a conventional static pile driver does not need to be modified at all, the construction method is simpler and more convenient to implement, the working efficiency can be remarkably improved, meanwhile, the single-time hole guiding depth can not be limited by the holding and pressing stroke of the static pile driver, the hole guiding depth is large and can be accurately controlled, and the construction efficiency is improved.
