The invention provides a manufacturing and installing method for pre-burying a floor drain in a structural bottom plate. According to the manufacturing and installing method for pre-burying the floordrain in the structural bottom plate, various water flows are collected by using main and auxiliary water collecting wells to be discharged as soon as possible, so that leakage in a building is avoided. The quality of an underground reinforced concrete structure can be maintained for fifty years, one hundred years or longer, and the aging of various materials is earlier than the aging of concrete,so that an innovative waterproof concept of permanent no-leakage of underground engineering and same service life as the structure in quality can be realized only by establishing a method for quicklyand nearby draining leaking water without influencing indoor use. Some stainless steel collecting boxes are pre-buried in the structural bottom plate, so that various kinds of water can be dischargednearby and enter a water collecting well from a water discharging pipe, the inner surface of a basement is free of leakage, moisture and drainage ditches, and a permanent and good basement inner environment is created.
