When road accumulated water is dredged, accumulated water downwards enters a liquid accumulation tank shell in the movable leakage assembly through water seepage holes in a main cover plate and downwards compresses a limiting supporting plate under the action of gravity, meanwhile, the vertical position of drainage holes downwards moves to the position below a sealing sleeve layer, and the accumulated water is drained out of the drainage holes. When sewer sewage flows backwards, the sewage flows into an extending shell, the liquid accumulation tank shell moves upwards under the buoyancy action of an inner buoyancy plate and an outer buoyancy plate, the drainage holes and the sealing sleeve layer are horizontal, or the drainage holes are located in the upper side of the sealing sleeve layer, so that the sewage cannot enter from the drainage holes, backward flowing and backflow are effectively prevented, and dredging management of well lids in a road is facilitated.
