The invention relates to a waterproof device and an inwards-inclined glass curtain wall with the waterproof device. The waterproof device comprises a first frame body, a second frame body, a third frame body, a flow guide frame and a fixing part. The second frame body is in angle connection with the first frame body, the third frame body is located between the first frame body and the second framebody, the third frame body is located between the first frame body and the second frame body, the first frame body, the second frame body and the third frame body are sequentially connected end to end to form a flow guide cavity, a first drainage hole is formed in the end part, away from the third frame body, of the first frame body, a second drainage hole is formed in the end part, close to thesecond frame body, of the third frame body, and the fixing part and the flow guide frame are correspondingly located on the two opposite sides of the flow guide cavity. According to the waterproof device, rainwater or condensate water can still naturally flow outdoors even if an opening sash is in an inwards-inclined closed state, the situation that water is accumulated or leaked indoors is avoided, window opening of the inwards-inclined glass curtain wall becomes possible, and the original creativity of building design is reserved. The inward-inclining glass curtain wall adopting the waterproof device can meet the ventilation requirement, and water tightness is guaranteed.
