The equipment comprises a box body; universal wheels are fixedly installed at the left side and the right side of the bottom of the box body; a pigment cylinder is fixedly installed at the left side of an inner cavity of the box body; a water pump is fixedly installed in the middle of the right side of the inner cavity of the box body; water pipes are fixedly mounted at the upper side and the lower side of the water pump correspondingly; and a controller is fixedly mounted at thetop of the inner cavity of the box body.
