The low-carbon multi-element composite early-strength steam-curing-free concrete prefabricated part comprises the following components in proportion: 200 +/-20kg/m < 3 > of cement, 50 +/-20kg/m < 3 > of coal ash, 50 +/-20kg/m < 3 > of semi-hydrated gypsum, 844 +/-40kg/m < 3 > of fine aggregate, 1074 +/-40kg/m < 3 > of coarse aggregate, 5 +/-3kg/m < 3 > of polycarboxylic acid water reducer, 12 +/-3kg/m < 3 > of composite early-strength agent and 130 +/-20kg/m < 3 > of water, the water-binder ratio is 0.44, and the sand ratio is 44%. By adopting the materials such as the superfine cement, the semi-hydrated gypsum and the multi-component composite early strength agent, the early strength of the concrete prefabricated part is enhanced from multiple dimensions, the use amount of the cement is greatly reduced while steam curing is avoided, the carbon emission in the production process is remarkably reduced, meanwhile, the material cost is reduced, and the economic benefit is increased. The development of the later strength of the concrete is stabilized, and the later cracking resistance of the concrete is improved.
