Cement mortar for geogrid reinforced masonry structure
The invention discloses a cement mortar for a geogrid reinforced masonry structure. The cement mortar comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.7-1.5 parts of Portland cement; 3.8 to 5 parts of medium fine sand; 0.7 to 1 part of water; 0.08 to 0.15 part of silicon powder; and 0.06 to 0.15 part of an ultraviolet light absorber. The cement mortar is prepared from Portland cement, medium-fine sand, water, silicon powder and the ultraviolet light absorber, has the advantages of convenience in material taking and low price, has 28-day compressive strength of not less than 12MPa and 28-day tensile bonding strength of not less than 1.5 MPa, and has the characteristics of low porosity, low water thermalization, corrosion resistance and the like. After being smeared on the geogrid, thecement mortar strongly absorbs ultraviolet rays and has long-acting oxidation resistance and yellowing resistance, the possibility that the geogrid is degraded and aged due to the ultraviolet rays iseffectively reduced, the durability of the geogrid is improved, and the mechanical property of the geogrid is guaranteed.
