The invention discloses an anchoring method of a polypropylene mesh cement mortar reinforced masonry structure at a wall top. The anchoring method comprises the following steps that firstly, the surface of a wall is cleaned, and bottom layer cement mortar is painted; secondly, a polypropylene net is laid, when the polypropylene net meets the floor slab, the polypropylene net is bent to the surface of the floor slab, and the polypropylene net is temporarily fixed; thirdly, angle steel is installed at the joint of the wall and the floor, namely the left side and the right side of the top of the wall; and fourthly, the two steel angles are tensioned through split bolts and fixed through chemical anchor bolts, and anchoring of the polypropylene net cement mortar reinforced masonry structure at the wall top is completed. When the polypropylene net is laid and encounters the floor slab, the polypropylene net is bent to the surface of the floor slab, construction of the polypropylene net is facilitated, the overall reinforcing effect is improved, the steel angles are installed on the left side and the right side of the top of the wall body correspondingly, the steel angles are adopted for pressing the top, the polypropylene net is anchored at the top of the wall, and cracking in later use is prevented; and the wall reinforcing effect is ensured.
本发明公开了一种聚丙烯网水泥砂浆加固砌体结构在墙顶处的锚固做法,包括以下步骤:一、清理墙体表面并粉刷底层水泥砂浆;二、铺设聚丙烯网并在铺设聚丙烯网遇到楼板时,将聚丙烯网弯折至楼板表面,对聚丙烯网进行临时固定;三、在墙体与楼板交接部位,即墙体顶部的左侧和右侧分别安装角钢;四、将两根角钢通过对拉螺栓拉紧,采用化学锚栓固定,完成聚丙烯网水泥砂浆加固砌体结构在墙顶处的锚固。本发明通过在铺设聚丙烯网遇到楼板时,将聚丙烯网弯折至楼板表面,便于对聚丙烯网进行施工,提高整体的加固效果,通过在墙体顶部的左侧和右侧分别安装角钢,采用角钢压顶的方式,使聚丙烯网在墙顶部锚固,防止后期使用开裂,确保了墙体加固效果。
