Novel rail laying method for ballastless rail of newly-built high-speed railway
The invention discloses a novel rail laying method for a ballastless rail of a newly-built high-speed railway, and relates to the technical field of rail construction. The method comprises the steps:carrying out rough laying of a rail plate, after rough paving, carrying out fine tuning of the rail plate; Re-testing each rail bearing platform of the rail plate; enabling professionals to calculatea real model of each rail bearing platform and export a material schedule; requesting a material department to purchase adjusting stop blocks and gaskets according to the specific model and quantity of the adjusting stop blocks and the gaskets which are actually used; laying the adjusting stop blocks and the gaskets on all the rail bearing platforms in advance according to the scheme; performing rechecking and error correction according to the material detail table; laying long rail bars by using a rail layer, welding, diffusing prestress, and locking rails; and carrying out small-range fine adjustment and defect elimination on the local deviation rail bearing platform, so as to enable the local deviation rail bearing platform to meet the high-speed rail technical standard. The rail platelaying quality can be truly reflected, data are provided for the next procedure, the work efficiency and accuracy of placing the adjusting piece are improved, resource waste is reduced, and practicability is higher.
