Fabricated bridge adopting prefabricated UHPC webs and construction method
The invention discloses a fabricated bridge adopting prefabricated UHPC webs. The bridge comprises a cast-in-place concrete top plate arranged at the top, two prefabricated UHPC webs are respectivelyfixed at the bottoms of two sides of the cast-in-place concrete top plate along the transverse direction of a bridge body, each prefabricated UHPC web comprises a plurality of sections, and the sections are connected through steel sleeves; the two ends, in the transverse direction of the bridge body, of the cast-in-place concrete top plate exceed the prefabricated UHPC webs on the adjacent sides by a certain distance. The invention further discloses a construction method of the fabricated bridge adopting the prefabricated UHPC webs, the fabricated bridge has the advantages of being light in dead weight, novel in structure and the like, section shear force transmission between sections is resisted through connection of the steel sleeves, so that the structure and the construction method ofthe fabricated bridge are optimized.
本发明公开了一种采用预制UHPC腹板的装配式桥梁,包括:顶部设有现浇混凝土顶板,在现浇混凝土顶板沿着桥身横向方向上的两侧的底部各固定有一块预制UHPC腹板,预制UHPC腹板包括多个节段,每个节段之间通过钢套筒进行连接;现浇混凝土顶板在桥身横向方向上的两端均超出相邻一侧预制UHPC腹板一定距离;本发明还公开一种采用预制UHPC腹板的装配式桥梁的施工方法,本发明具有自重轻,构造新颖等优点,本发明通过钢套筒连接以抵抗节段间截面剪力传递,从而对装配式桥梁的构造及施工方法进行了优化。
