UHPC-PUC combined fabricated wall adopting Spinodal configuration
The invention discloses a UHPC (Ultra High Performance Concrete)-PUC (Polyurethane) combined fabricated wall body adopting a Spinodal configuration. The fabricated wall body disclosed by the invention is jointly composed of four parts, namely a UHPC framework of the Spinodal configuration, a PUC material filling body, an outer UHPC surface plate and a finish rolling threaded connecting piece. Existing materials and engineering technologies are utilized, ultra-high performance concrete UHPC is made into a Spinodal configuration framework, novel polyurethane elastic concrete PUC is matched, an industrial prefabrication and assembly technology is utilized, and a convenient and reliable wall body is rapidly built in a complex and unfavorable environment. All the components are prefabricated and produced in a factory in a standardized mode, positioning and splicing connection are conducted on the construction site, rapid splicing construction on the engineering site is achieved, and the influence on the construction environment is reduced to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种采用Spinodal构型的UHPC‑PUC组合装配式墙体,本发明的装配式墙体包括Spinodal构型的UHPC骨架、PUC材料填充体、外侧UHPC表面板和精轧螺纹连接件四部分共同组成。本发明利用现有的材料与工程技术,将超高性能混凝土UHPC制作成Spinodal构型骨架,配合新型聚氨酯弹性混凝土PUC,利用工业化的预制与装配技术,实现在复杂、不利的环境下快速搭建便捷可靠的墙体。本发明的所有构件均采用在工厂标准化预制生产,在施工现场进行定位与拼装连接,实现在工程现场的快速拼装施工,最大程度降低对施工环境的影响。
