Recoverable seabed anti-sinking plate suitable for uneven seabed and installation and use method
The invention belongs to the technical field of ocean deepwater engineering, and particularly relates to a recoverable seabed anti-sinking plate adapting to an uneven seabed and an installation and use method. A device comprises an anti-sinking plate upper foundation; a cross-shaped groove is reserved in the lower part of the foundation; internal ventilation pipelines are arranged in box bins at four corners of the lower part; gas tanks are arranged on the sides of the box bins; five welding fixing columns with threads at the bottoms are arranged in the cross-shaped groove; and a cross-shapedprecast block is inserted into the cross-shaped groove. According to the anti-sinking plate, the suction force between the anti-sinking plate and the seabed can be effectively reduced when the anti-sinking plate is recovered, and the height of a base of the anti-sinking plate can be freely adjusted through the design of the base while the foundation bearing capacity and stable work of the anti-sinking plate are satisfied, so that the upper surface of the anti-sinking plate can be maintained flat even though the anti-sinking plate is placed on the uneven seabed; and besides, the base is connected with the anti-sinking plate through bolts, the base can automatically fall off by pulling out the bolts when the anti-sinking plate is recovered, and the functions of reducing the uplift adsorptionforce, rapidly recovering and adapting to the uneven seabed are achieved.
本发明属于海洋深水工程技术领域,尤其是一种适应不平海床且可回收的海底防沉板及安装使用方法,装置包括防沉板上部基础,基础下部留有十字凹槽,下部四角的箱体仓内设置内部通气管道,箱体仓侧设置气罐,十字凹槽内设置五处底部带有螺纹的焊接固定柱,并在十字凹槽内插入十字预制块。本发明能有效降低防沉板回收时防沉板与海底的吸力,在满足了防沉板基础承载力,稳定工作的同时,底座的设计可以自由调整防沉板底座的高度,使防沉板尽管在不平坦的海底也能保持上表面平坦放置;另外,底座与防沉板通过螺栓相互连接,在防沉板回收时拔出螺栓就可使底座自动脱落,实现了减小上拔吸附力,快速回收且适应不平海床的功能。
