The invention further discloses a drainage and pressure relief method. Active drainage and pressure relief and floating resistance of a building are realized by virtue of the pressure control type intelligent drainage and pressure relief device. According to the pressure control type intelligent drainage and pressure relief device and the drainage and pressure relief method, the problems of the complex structure, high manufacturing cost and inconvenience in construction of an existing anti-floating device are solved, and intelligence is realized.
