The invention relates to a steel frame buckling restrained energy dissipation beam-column joint capable of being replaced after an earthquake. The steel frame buckling restrained energy dissipation beam-column joint comprises a steel column, a cantilever section steel beam, a mid-span section steel beam, energy dissipation pieces and stiffening shear-resistant pieces. One end of the cantilever section steel beam is fixedly connected with one side of the steel column, the mid-span steel beam is arranged on one side of the cantilever section steel beam, the mid-span steel beam is connected withthe other end of the cantilever section steel beam through the energy dissipation pieces and the stiffening shear-resistant pieces, the two sides of the stiffening shear-resistant pieces are correspondingly connected to a cantilever section steel beam web and a mid-span steel beam web, one ends of the energy dissipation pieces correspondingly abut against a cantilever section steel beam flange anda mid-span steel beam flange, and the other ends of the energy dissipation pieces abut against the stiffening shear-resistant pieces. When the earthquake occurs, the energy dissipation pieces are subjected to the out-of-plane high constraint effect provided by the stiffening shear-resistant pieces, and overall out-of-plane buckling does not occur even when large deformation is pressed, so that the bearing capacity of the joint under the earthquake is quite stable; and through plastic deformation of the energy dissipation pieces, the joint has excellent energy dissipation capacity and anti-seismic property, and it is guaranteed that the structure can be reset only by replacing the energy dissipation pieces after the earthquake.
