The structure comprises a rectangular steel pipe column and an H-shaped steel beam which are connected through a connecting beam section and a splice plate; the connecting beam section comprises an end plate, a weakening flange and a connecting beam section web, and the end plate is fixedly connected with the rectangular steel pipe column through an end plate high-strength bolt; h-shaped steel beam webs and connecting beam section webs are connected through web splice plates and web connecting bolts; and the H-shaped steel beam flange plates and the weakened flanges are fixedly connected through flange splice plates and flange connecting bolts. According to the joint, most earthquake energy is dissipated through plastic deformation of the weakening flange beam section, earthquake damage is concentrated on the replaceable weakening flange beam section, and the weakening flange beam section can be replaced after an earthquake.
