The system comprises a radar detection unit, a camera monitoring unit, an interception device, an alarm unit, a central processing unit and a power supply module, the radar detection unit, the camera monitoring unit, the interception device, the alarm unit and the central processing unit are electrically connected with the power supply module; and the radar detection unit, the camera monitoring unit, the interception device and the alarm unit are all electrically connected with the central processing unit. The system has the advantages that effective evidence obtaining and timely reminding can be achieved, and an effective interception function is achieved; the interception device is simplein structure and easy to implement; the aging speed is reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, meanwhile, the size is reduced, and the influence on the appearance of a building is reduced; and the intercepting effect is good.
