The invention relates to anti-seepage cement mortar, which is prepared from the following materials in parts by weight: modified SiO2, CeO2, gravel-cobble, fine gravel, cement, an emulsifier and NaHCO3. The modified SiO2 is synthesized from tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and 3-methacryloyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (MPS), the synthesized nano silicon dioxide is coated with CeO2 through a solvent method and then is used for preparing the anti-seepage cement mortar with concrete materials, and the anti-seepage cement mortar has excellent water erosion resistance and long service life.
