The invention discloses an anti-seepage and anti-crack cement mortar material and a preparation method thereof. The anti-seepage and anti-crack cement mortar material is prepared from the following substances in parts by mass: 200 to 300 parts of cement, 8 to 18 parts of bentonite, 500 to 750 parts of sand, 0.2 to 1.8 parts of basalt fiber, 2 to 3 parts of a water reducing agent and 100 to 150 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing 200 to 300 parts of cement, 8 to 18 parts of bentonite and 500 to 750 parts of sand at a speed of 140 to 160 r/min, and carrying out dry stirring for 3 minutes; 2, 0.2-1.8 parts of basalt fibers are added into the mixed dry mixture obtained in the step 1, and dry mixing is conducted for 5 min at the speed of 140-160 r/min till the basalt fibers are completely dispersed; 3, adding 100-150 parts of water in which 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent is dissolved into the mixed dry mixture in the step 2, and carrying out wet mixing at the speed of 140-160r/min for 10 minutes; and 4, molding and pouring the test piece, and curing in a standard curing box to the age. The anti-permeability performance grade of the prepared cement mortar reaches P8 grade or above, the crack limiting grade reaches I grade, and the cement mortar conforms to national relevant safety and performance index regulations.
