The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, and particularly discloses novel pervious concrete and a construction method thereof. The novel pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-140 parts of water, 1300-1700 parts of gravels, 400-550 parts of a cementing agent and 150-300 parts of polyurea. The construction method comprises the following steps: S1, stirring and mixing; S2, paving of materials and compacting by vibration; S3, demolding; S4, maintenance; S5, coating of a blocking agent; and S6, roll coating, wherein roll coating of polyurea is conducted on a material treated in S6 and the novel pervious concrete is obtained after treatment in the step S6. Due to the fact that the polyurea is adopted in the pervious concrete, thecompressive strength of the finally obtained pervious concrete is enhanced.
