Construction method for mounting precast block of precast concrete protective wall
The invention discloses a construction method for mounting a precast block of a precast concrete protective wall, and belongs to the field of bridge ancillary engineering. The method is provided mainly for solving the problems that a cast-in-place method adopted for bridge protection wall construction at present is greatly influenced by the external environment, and the line type control difficulty of a protection wall is large. Four pieces of stainless steel angle steel are pre-buried and mounted at four bottom corners of a precast block through a shaping formwork and the precast block of theprecast concrete protective wall. The precast concrete block is subjected to centralized maintenance and transported to a construction site after meeting the strength requirement. On the top face ofa beam body, before beam body concrete is poured, threaded steel bars are pre-buried at the position of the protective wall, and the threaded steel bars correspond to the protective wall precast blockangle steel in position. The concrete protection wall precast block is hoisted to the pre-buried threaded steel bars, and the concrete protection wall precast block is connected with the beam body bynuts. The method has the advantages of effectively controlling the concrete pouring quality and effectively controlling the line type of the protective wall.
一种预制混凝土防护墙预制块安装的施工方法属于桥梁附属工程领域。主要是为解决目前桥梁防护墙施工采用现浇方法存在受外部环境影响大,防护墙的线型控制难度大的问题而发明的。通过定型模板,预制混凝土防护墙预制块,在预制块的四个底角处预埋安装四个不锈钢的角钢。混凝土预制块进行集中养护,强度满足要求后运到施工现场。在梁体顶面,在梁体混凝土浇筑前,在防护墙的位置处预埋螺纹钢筋,螺纹钢筋与防护墙预制块角钢的位置对应。将混凝土防护墙预制块吊装到预埋螺纹钢筋处,用螺母将混凝土防护墙预制块与梁体连接起来。优点是可以有效控制混凝土浇筑质量,有效控制防护墙的线型。
