To provide walls etc. that can be easily constructed and can be also reduced in cost.SOLUTION: A wall is constructed by lining up precast blocks 10-1 and 10-2 left and right with downward projecting reinforcing bars so that the reinforcing-bars are located in predetermined positions. The reinforcing bars 12, which are provided to protrude from each of the opposing faces of the adjacent precast blocks 10-1 and 10-2, form an overlap joint between the adjacent precast blocks 10-1 and 10-2, and both reinforcing bars 12 are different in position in the block thickness direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
