Independence andcoupling effects of an isolation pile foundation construction working condition, a overload construction working condition and a high-speed rail train operation vibration working condition can be achieved; the counter-force frame can realize free movement of a loading system along the X axis, the Y axis and the Z axis, and provides support counter-force for the loading system; and the loading system is used for applying a uniform penetration load to the to-be-constructed isolation pile foundation, or applying a uniform vibration load to a rail fastener loading contact. The modular design is adopted, all functional modules are relatively independent, the utilization rate of the test system is high, the working condition adaptability is high, and an integrated test solution can be provided for related engineering problems, teaching and scientific research.
