The grouting sleeve grouting supplementing device comprises a first material barrel, a second material barrel and a plugging piece; the first material barrel adopts a closed structure, the first material barrel is connected with a first negative pressure pipe and a second negative pressure pipe which communicate with the internal space of the first material barrel, the first negative pressure pipe is connected with a negative pressure part, and the second negative pressure pipe can extend into a grouting sleeve through a drilled hole formed in a prefabricated part; the top of the second material barrel is open, and the second material barrel is connected with a slurry supplementing pipe capable of extending into the drilled hole formed in the prefabricated part; and the plugging piece can be fixed to the prefabricated part to plug the drilled hole.
