Vibrating part of tamping device lubricated by thin oil and corresponding lubricating method
The invention relates to a vibrating part of a tamping device lubricated by thin oil. The vibrating part comprises an eccentric vibrating shaft (1), a vibrating bearing and a vibrating bearing sleeve,wherein the eccentric vibrating shaft (1) is connected to the inner side of the vibrating bearing, the vibrating bearing sleeve is connected to the outer side of the vibrating bearing, and a thin oillubricating structure and a sealing assembly (4) are arranged on the vibrating bearing sleeve. The vibrating bearing can be cooled effectively, the vibrating frequency of the tamping device can be improved, and meanwhile, external impurities can be isolated effectively, so that the service life of the tamping device is further prolonged and the vibrating part is high in engineering application value. The invention further provides a lubricating method for the vibrating part of the tamping device. By using the thin oil lubricating structure in the vibrating bearing of the eccentric vibrating shaft (1) of the tamping device, thin oil is injected from an oil inlet and flows out from an oil outlet by flowing through an oil inlet channel and an oil outlet channel, so that a circular lubricating effect to the vibrating bearing is achieved.
本发明涉及一种采用稀油润滑的捣固装置振动部件,包括偏心振动轴(1)、振动轴承和振动轴承套,所述振动轴承内侧连接偏心振动轴(1),所述振动轴承外侧连接所述振动轴承套,所述振动轴承套上设置有稀油润滑结构和密封组件(4)。本发明能够实现振动轴承的有效降温,能够实现捣固装置振动频率提升,同时有效隔离外部杂质,进一步提高捣固装置使用寿命,工程应用价值高。本发明还提供一种捣固装置振动部件润滑方法,通过在捣固装置偏心振动轴(1)部件的振动轴承部位采用稀油润滑结构,将稀油从进油口注入并流经进油通道和出油通道后从出油口流出,实现对振动轴承的循环润滑效果。
