The vibrating tamping device comprises a machine body; a groove is formed in the bottom end of the machine body; an inserted hole is formed in the middle of the groove wall of the top end of the groove; a two-way rack is connected with the interior of the inserted hole in a penetrating mode; two first rotating shafts are rotatably connected with the tops of the groove walls on the two sides of the groove; two second servo motors of the same type are fixedly installed at the top of the groove wall of one side of the groove; and output shafts of the two second servo motors are fixedly connected with the ends, aligned with the output shafts, of the first rotating shafts.
